  • Q: What areas does Doggie Waste Warriors service?
Doggie Waste Warriors® primarily provides poop scooping services in the Winter Garden and Clermont areas, but we also service all of Orange County. As we grow, we will expand into other areas. Please contact if you are outside our current service range, and we might be able to accommodate your request.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
No contract required! After your estimate and you agree to our service, we just ask for a signature to authorize using a credit card on file for payment.
  • How do I cancel service?
You can cancel service at any time since we do not have contracts. All that we ask is that you give us a two week notice in writing via email or a phone call. If you have any credit in your account, we will provide you a refund within two weeks.
  • How does billing work?
Before starting our pet waste removal service, we provide a free estimate to determine the exact cost. When an initial cleanup is required, a one-time fee will apply. Billing is prepaid on a monthly basis, and we securely keep a credit card of your choice on file for automatic payments on the same date each month.
  • Is it necessary for me to be home during the service?
You do not need to be home for us to service your yard! However, if you are home, we’d be happy to address any special requests or concerns. We take great care to ensure all gates are securely closed after each visit—your pet’s safety is our top priority. No dog left behind; no client left unhappy!
  • What happens if there is bad weather?
If severe weather or excessive flooding prevents us from safely servicing your yard, we will typically reschedule for the following day. If any issues arise that delay service, we will notify you immediately.
  • What happens if my service day falls on a holiday?
If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, Dog Waste warrior® will adjust your service to the day before or after to ensure your yard stays clean."
